We are looking for HR Admin Executive who will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and company operations by managing administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR processes. They are also required to handle tasks like payroll processing, recruitment support, onboarding new hires, and maintaining accurate HR databases
In additional he or she will also be typically needed to handle a wide range of general office tasks and administrative duties.
HR Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening applications, arranging interviews, on-boarding new employees and off-boarding exiting employees.
- Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and update job descriptions.
- Managing payroll, benefits, and other employee-related matters
- Timely submission of CPF, IR8A
- Conduct quarterly staff appraisals
- Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintaining HR Policy up to date in compliance with MOM regulations. Implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Providing support to both candidates and employees, answering queries, and resolving issues.
- Liaising with government authorities and external auditors regarding HR matters

It involves potential lead generation, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role typically requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Rental: Promoting and selling various machinery and equipment for rental or lease and purchase for both new and existing customers.
- Lead Generation: Marketing efforts to generate, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Customer Relations: Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing product information, and processing orders.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Working towards and exceeding set sales and rental targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source for project leads and handle “walk-in” project enquiries
- Manage client relationships, understanding their needs, and presenting technical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine quotations and proposals for projects.
- Ensure that projects are delivered technically and within budget, often requires working with clients and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, addressing technical issues, and ensuring timely completion.
- Preparing reports on project progress, performance, and any issues that may arise.
- Submit progress claims and follow up on payment response and payments
- Resolve project related disputes when it occurs
- Meet project department KPI
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge in the construction field is essential.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills are necessary for successful sales.
- Able to identify and address technical issues that may arise during project execution
- Able to manage multiple projects and keep track of details, client data, and project timelines.
- Class 2 or 3 licence with own transport is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in construction related engineering recognised by BCA is required.
Remuneration Details:
- Monthly salary $3,500 – $4,500
- 5-day work week (8.30am – 7pm)
- 38 days Leave per year (Annual Leave 14 days + Sick Leave 14 days + 10 days Casual Leave)
- Performance bonus for exceeding KPI (up to $10,000)
- 2x bonus per year: Mid-Year-Bonus (Jul) & Year-End-Bonus (Jan)
