Job Description:
- Sales
- Cold calls and prospect potential customers
- Prepare quotation, issue invoices
- Follow up on receivables and maintain customer relationship

Requirements:
- Able to use MYOB preferred

HR Executive
Job Scope:
- Full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment and Orientation
- Training & Courses
- Payroll, CPF and IR8A submissions
- Work Pass and levy related matters
- Administration of employee profiles and movements such as promotion, resignation, dormitory
- Administration of incident records, medical insurance and work injury claims
- Implementation of HR-related systems, policies and programmes
- Application of HR-related grants
- Participation in recruitment fairs
- Planning of company events
- Involved in annual ISO and external audit Requirements
- Familiar with MOM, EPOL and WPOL
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by Director
Qualifications:
- Diploma and above
- At least 3 years working experience in construction related HR functions
Renumeration:
- Salary basic from S$2,400/mth
- Location: 33 Ubi Avenue 3
- 5 working days (Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm)
